LOGO DESIGN
Shrewsbury Public Library came to Stirling Brandworks for a logo design as they prepared to break away from their town's website and branding. However, they only had one request, to incorporate their notable stained glass window somehow. By honoring the library's award-winning renovations and their stained glass, a new logo was born.
PROCESS
Going into the design process the library had requested that their stained glass window be the main inspiration for the design. After combining the building elements from the “Open Book” concept and the background of the “Stained Glass” concept the librarians identified with the design. The final logo was chosen after two design rounds and five concept variations. Below a closer view of the process can be found.
